Cleaning Extras
Some cleaning tasks require specialised chemicals, materials or methods beyond our Standard Cleaning service.
These optional Extras can be added to a suitable cleaning booking when you need help with a specific stain, appliance interior or household problem area.
IMPORTANT: EXTRAS USE YOUR BOOKED CLEANING TIME
Extras are completed within your booked cleaner-hours. The Extra fee does not automatically add more cleaning time.
The fee covers the additional chemicals, materials, equipment, difficulty or risk involved.
Adding an Extra may mean fewer Standard Cleaning priorities are completed. Please tell us before the appointment so we can bring the right supplies and help you choose enough cleaning time.
TARGETED STAIN TREATMENTS
BROWN TOILET STAIN TREATMENT
₱150 per toilet
Targeted treatment for brown mineral, rust-like or hard-water staining that ordinary toilet cleaning may not remove.
We will make a reasonable professional attempt, but results depend on the cause and condition of the surface. Permanent staining, discolouration or surface damage may remain.
BLOOD OR SWEAT FABRIC STAIN SPOT-TREATMENT
₱150 per item
Targeted spot-treatment for blood or sweat marks on suitable fabric items.
Results depend on the fabric, colour, age of the stain and any previous treatment. Some materials may lighten or change colour, so complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Please tell us before treatment if the item is delicate, valuable or made from an unusual material.
APPLIANCE INTERIORS
FRIDGE INTERIOR CLEANING
₱450 per fridge
Cleaning of accessible interior walls, shelves, drawers and seals.
Please remove food and personal items where practical, or give us permission to move them safely. Heavy mould, pest contamination or large amounts of spoiled food may require separate assessment.
This Extra does not include appliance repair.
RANGE HOOD GREASE FILTER DEEP-CLEAN
₱750 per set
Deep-cleaning of one removable range hood grease-filter set to reduce accumulated grease and residue.
This Extra covers the removable filters only. It does not include the motor, internal ducting, electrical components, dismantling or repairs.
OVEN INTERIOR CLEANING
₱750 per oven
Cleaning of accessible oven-interior surfaces and removable racks to reduce grease, food residue and baked-on buildup.
Results depend on the severity and age of the buildup. A completely stain-free or like-new finish cannot be guaranteed.
This Extra does not include dismantling, electrical work or appliance repair.
HOUSEHOLD PROBLEM AREAS
SIMPLE DRAIN UNCLOGGING
₱450 per drain
Removal of reachable hair, soap and ordinary debris from a simple household drain.
This is not a plumbing service. It does not cover deep blockages, damaged pipes, septic problems or work requiring specialist plumbing equipment.
If the blockage cannot be safely cleared using simple methods, we will recommend contacting a plumber.
PET CAGE OR LITTER BOX CLEANING
₱750 per cage or box
Emptying and cleaning one ordinary household pet cage or litter box, including accessible interior and exterior surfaces.
Pets must be safely removed before cleaning begins.
This Extra does not cover infestations, hazardous contamination, veterinary waste or severe neglect. These conditions may require separate assessment or may fall outside our service scope.
HOW TO ADD AN EXTRA
Tell us which Extra you need and how many items require attention when making your booking.
Photos may be requested so we can confirm whether the task is suitable and prepare the correct supplies.
Extras requested only after the cleaners arrive are subject to available time, materials and safe working conditions. Our cleaners will not perform a treatment if they reasonably believe it could damage the item, surface or property.
