• ₱4,000 — Typical 1BR / small 2BR
• ₱5,000 — Larger 2BR / small house

Includes general reset cleaning: surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen wipe-down, floors, and high-touch areas.

Deep Clean (Restoration)

For homes that need a higher standard: buildup removal, detailed bathrooms and kitchens, edges and corners, and “reset to fresh.”

Starting at:

• ₱6,000 — Studio / small 1BR

• ₱8,000 — 1BR / 2BR

• ₱10,000 — Larger 2BR / house

Deep cleans are recommended for first-time service, after long gaps, or before guests arrive.

Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning

For hosts who need consistent results and fast readiness.

Starting at:

• ₱3,000 — Studio

• ₱4,000 — 1BR

• ₱5,500 — 2BR

Optional: linen change, restocking, and a photo checklist (on request).

Recurring Plans

Most of our long-term clients choose recurring service for consistency.
