Clear prices. Professional cleaning time. No vague quotations.

Every service receives the same professional standard of care. The difference is how many cleaner-hours you reserve and how quickly they are delivered.

Serving Dumaguete City, Valencia, Bacong, Sibulan and Dauin.

Choose the Right Amount of Cleaning

Choosing the right service is part of getting the result you expect.

A smaller booking reduces the cleaning time available. It does not reduce the amount of work your property needs.

If a home realistically needs two cleaners for eight hours, booking one cleaner for four hours cannot produce the same result.

Size tells us how much area there is to clean.

Condition tells us how much time each area requires.

Our Cleaning Services

A. Premium Clean — ₱4,499

RECOMMENDED

1 Lead Cleaner + 1 Cleaner for 8 hours
16 cleaner-hours

Our most complete service.

Best for:

• 2–3 bedroom homes or larger

• Moderate to heavy cleaning

• First-time cleans with a substantial or uncertain workload

• Move-in, move-out and major reset cleaning

• Properties needing serious attention across several areas

Choose the Premium Clean when you want our strongest cleaning capacity and the best chance of completing a substantial workload in one booking.

B. Full-Day Clean — ₱2,999

1 Lead Cleaner for 8 hours
8 cleaner-hours

Best for:

• 2–3 bedroom homes in moderate condition

• Longer or more detailed priority lists

• Maintained homes with more area to cover

• Customers who prefer one Lead Cleaner working continuously throughout the day

The full day allows our Lead Cleaner to work steadily through the property.

C. Team Clean — ₱2,249

1 Lead Cleaner + 1 Cleaner for 4 hours
8 cleaner-hours delivered within 4 hours

Best for:

• 1–2 bedroom homes in moderate condition

• Customers who want more work completed within a shorter appointment

• Homes with several areas that can be cleaned at the same time

The cleaners divide the property and work on different areas simultaneously.

D. Focused Clean — ₱1,499

1 Cleaner for 4 hours
4 cleaner-hours

Best for:

• Studios and smaller homes

• Light to moderate cleaning

• Maintained homes needing a proper refresh

• Airbnb or rental resets

• A limited number of priority areas

A Focused Clean is designed to clean selected priorities properly, not rush through an unrealistic list.

E. 5 Focused Cleans Package — ₱5,999

Five 4-hour Focused Clean visits

Effective price: ₱1,199.80 per visit

Save ₱1,496 compared with booking five Focused Cleans separately.

Best for weekly, fortnightly or monthly upkeep in homes already in reasonable condition.

If the property currently needs a major reset, begin with the appropriate Premium, Full-Day or Team Clean before moving to regular maintenance.

Team Clean or Full-Day Clean?

Both provide eight cleaner-hours. The difference is how those hours are delivered.

Imagine you have a 1-bedroom apartment in moderate condition, but you want the work tackled within the morning. A Team Clean lets two cleaners divide the property and work simultaneously.

Now imagine you have a maintained 3-bedroom home with no heavy buildup. A Full-Day Clean gives our Lead Cleaner the time to work steadily through the larger property.

Choose the Team Clean for speed.

Choose the Full-Day Clean for continuity.

Important: Cleaning Time, Not Guaranteed Full-Property Completion

Your booking reserves professional cleaning time. It does not guarantee completion of the entire property.

Two homes with the same number of bedrooms can require very different amounts of work. We begin with your highest-priority areas and work down from there.

If the workload exceeds the service booked, the remaining areas may require another booking or a paid extension, subject to availability.

We would rather clean your priorities properly than rush through the entire property merely to say it was finished.

What Is Included?

Our standard cleaning work may include:

• Dusting and wiping reachable surfaces

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors

• Bathroom cleaning

• Kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors

• Making beds

• Emptying household rubbish

• Reachable windows, mirrors and glass

• General tidying and household upkeep

Work is prioritized according to your instructions and completed within the time booked.

We bring our own professional cleaning supplies, organized equipment and high-powered commercial vacuum cleaner.

Optional Extras

Extras are charged separately because they require additional chemicals, equipment, difficulty or risk. Unless otherwise agreed, they are completed within your booked cleaning time.

• Brown Toilet Stain Treatment — ₱150 per toilet

• Blood or Sweat Fabric Stain Spot-Treatment — ₱150 per item

• Fridge Interior Cleaning — ₱450 per fridge

• Simple Drain Unclogging — ₱450 per drain

• Range Hood Grease Filter Deep-Clean — ₱750 per set

• Oven Interior Cleaning — ₱750 per oven

• Pet Cage or Litter Box Cleaning — ₱750 per cage or box

Stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Fabric spot-treatment may lighten some materials. Simple drain unclogging covers removable hair, soap and debris, not plumbing repairs. Pets must be removed from cages before cleaning.

Custom Quote Required

Post-construction cleaning, heavily neglected properties, pest-related cleaning, hoarding, hazardous waste, unusual jobs and work outside our standard cleaning scope may require a custom quote.
