Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional supplies and basic equipment. If you prefer specific products (or have allergies), tell us and we’ll use what you provide.
Do you send one person or a team?
We use a two-person team to maintain quality and speed. This reduces missed details and keeps results consistent.
How long does a cleaning usually take?
It depends on size and condition. Most standard cleans take 3–5 hours for a two-person team. Deep cleans take longer. We’ll estimate time after you describe the space.
What’s the difference between Standard Clean and Deep Clean?
Standard Clean is maintenance for already-kept homes.
Deep Clean targets buildup: detailed bathrooms and kitchens, edges, corners, and neglected areas.
Do you offer Airbnb turnover cleaning?
Yes. We do turnover resets for rentals, including optional linen change, restocking (if provided), and a photo checklist on request.
Do you clean mold?
We can address mold-prone areas (grout lines, silicone edges, ventilation zones) as best effort. Severe mold problems may require specialist remediation.
Do you clean after renovations or construction?
Yes—light post-renovation cleanup is available. Heavy construction dust requires a deeper service and may take longer.
Do you do laundry and linen changes?
Yes. Laundry and linen change can be included for Airbnbs or offered as an add-on.
Can you clean while I’m not home?
Yes, if access is arranged. Many clients provide a key or meet us on arrival. We treat the home with care and follow your instructions.
Do you clean with pets in the home?
Yes. Please tell us in advance so we can plan for pet hair, odor control, and any safety concerns.
What areas do you serve?
Dumaguete City and nearby areas. Message us with your location and we’ll confirm availability.
How do I book?
Message us with your location, property type, and what you want cleaned. You can reach us via Call/SMS (Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram), Facebook, or the Contact Form.
Do you require a deposit?
For first-time bookings or reserved time slots, we may request a small deposit to confirm your schedule (deducted from the final total).
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and common local transfer options including GCash & Bank Transfer (we’ll confirm when you book).
What if I’m not satisfied?
Tell us within 24 hours. If we missed something important, we’ll return to fix it.
